INSTAR Consortium
The INSTAR Consortium is a structured alliance of seven specialized partner organizations working alongside INSTAR Lab to multiply research capacity, accelerate translation, and deliver measurable societal benefit. Each partner contributes a distinct capability — spanning workforce development, business acceleration, procurement, federal IT, international logistics, education, and applied research — creating a coordinated capability that no single organization could replicate alone. For PIs, funders, and federal partners, the Consortium represents a force-multiplier on every dollar invested in INSTAR research.
